Your first appointment consists of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options with a fee estimates. For minor procedures, surgery can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan requiring I.V. anesthesia will need a more in-depth evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

• A surgical referral slip from your general dentist and any X-rays recently taken. Both of these can be emailed to our office.  xray@ncofsc.com
• A list of medications you are presently taking.
• If you have medical or dental insurance, bring both insurance identification cards. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
• Save time with online registration Patient Forms.  This allows us to obtain your insurance benefits prior to your visit.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the consultation visit.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients and ask that payment be made at the time service is provided, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  We are PPO providers for a few insurance companies.  However, we expect patients to assume financial responsibility for all fees regardless of their insurance coverage.

We will provide you with an itemized estimate of your surgical fees with estimated insurance benefits. Although we do our best to get accurate information from your insurance company, we cannot guarantee the estimates given by them.

We will help you to understand your insurance coverage and arrange outside financing through CareCredit if necessary.   For your convenience we accept Debit and Credit Cards-Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
