Meet Dr. Evan S. Gold

Oral Surgeon Evan S. Gold, D.M.D, M.D. is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Stonybrook. He received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. Dr. Gold completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency training at University Hospitals of Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, simultaneously earning his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University. He also completed an internship in general surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland. In addition, Dr. Gold has studied abroad at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne, Australia, where he received additional training in maxillofacial jaw surgery. Dr. Gold was born and raised in New York City and has practiced in the San Diego area since 2003. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, and playing sports including golf, tennis, and running.
