Scheduling

North County Oral & Facial Surgery Center is open Monday - Thursday from 8 am until 5 pm. and Friday from 8 am until 3 pm. We schedule appointments as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an urgent situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We pride ourselves to stay on schedule and minimize your waiting time. Due to the fact that we provide surgical services, circumstances may cause a procedure to run longer than scheduled. Emergency cases can also occur and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. We value your time and will work hard to see you at your appointed time.

HouseCalls Appointment Confirmation System

There is simply not enough time in each day to effectively communicate with all of our patients about their upcoming appointments. Because we value your time and want to stay on schedule with your appointments we have begun using an automated message system called HouseCalls. The HouseCalls system will contact your home phone number 2 days before your appointment with information regarding your scheduled time. After you hear your appointment reminder message, HouseCalls will allow you to confirm your appointment, replay the message or leave a message for our office. HouseCalls will also leave a message on your telephone answering machine if you aren't home.
